I'm a writer and editor based in Madison, WI. My writing has appeared in The New Yorker, The New York Times, Martha Stewart Living, Real Simple, On Wisconsin, and Food & Wine, among many other publications. I worked as a staff editor at The New Yorker, Mirabella, and Elle, before going on to become a contributing editor and writer for Elle.
I was awarded a National Arts Journalism Program fellowship at the Columbia Graduate School of Journalism. And when I'm not working on journalism, I also write and copy edit for academic institutions and create marketing content for interesting companies.
